Important Information
Fees and Charges
– The total course fee includes tuition fees, resource/material fees, and a non-refundable application fee of $250.
– The application fee is payable at the time of accepting the Letter of Offer.
– Instalment payment arrangements are outlined in the student’s written agreement and payment schedule.
– Intakes and Course Commencement
– AGIT offers monthly intakes for selected courses, subject to availability and scheduled course commencement dates.
– Students are required to attend orientation prior to the commencement of classes.
– For selected intakes, orientation may occur in the month prior to scheduled class commencement dates.
– Resource Requirements
All students are required to bring their own laptop or computer device with:
- a current web browser,
- a valid email address,and the ability to create and submit assessments in Microsoft Office compatible formats including:

– .xlsx
– .pptx
– .pdf
Students must also have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection suitable for online learning and assessment activities where applicable.
Additional Student Requirements
Students are expected to provide their own:
- Notebooks and stationery
- USB or external storage devices
- and other study materials required throughout the course.
Students enrolled in Information Technology and related programs may be required to maintain additional digital storage capacity and install software applications necessary for practical and virtualisation-based learning activities.
Policies and Compliance
All students are expected to comply with AGIT policies and procedures, student visa conditions (where applicable), academic requirements, and attendance obligations throughout the duration of their studies.
