Application & Enrolment Process

STEP 1

Submit Your Application

Complete the AGIT Online application form directly or apply through one of our authorised education agents. Ensure all required documents are submitted for assessment.

STEP 2

Letter of Offer

If your application is successful, AGIT will issue a Letter of Offer outlining course details, fees, and conditions.
(Processing time typically 1–5 working days)

STEP 3

Accept Your Offer

To secure your place:

1. Sign and return the Acceptance of Offer Agreement


2. Pay the required initial tuition and fees as outlined

STEP 4

Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE)

Once requirements are met, AGIT will issue your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE).
This enables you to proceed with your student visa application.

STEP 5

Commence Your Studies

Attend orientation and begin your program at AGIT, with access to academic support, facilities, and student services.

Supporting Documents for International Student Applications

To apply for a course at AGIT, international students are required to provide certified copies of the following document.

Identification

Valid passport (photo identification page)

English Language Proficiency

Evidence of English proficiency (e.g., IELTS, PTE Academic, TOEFL or equivalent)

Academic Qualifications

– Academic transcripts and certificates
– Secondary school and/or post-secondary qualifications

Curriculum Vitae (CV)

– Resume outlining academic background and work experience (if applicable)

Statement of Purpose (SOP)

A written statement outlining study goals and career intentions

Visa Documentation (if applicable)

Copy of current Australian visa (if currently held)

Previous Study Records (if applicable)

Previous and/or current CoEs (Confirmations of Enrolment) (if studying in Australia)

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) / Credit

Applicants seeking RPL or Credit Transfer may be required to provide: A. Previous and current academic testimonials B. Statements of attainment and academic records C. Resume/CV outlining work experience D. Letters of reference from schools, training providers, or employers

Overseas Student Health Cover

– (OSHC)Credit Transfer (if applicable)
– Valid OSHC policy (if already arranged)
